SongBird Marketing Communications Takes Home Top Prize in the Experiential Marketing Category

 

SongBird Marketing Communications was awarded top prize in the experiential category at The Canadian Association of Marketing Professionals’ (CAMP) awards gala on Wednesday evening. The CAMP Marketing Awards recognizes excellence in marketing across Canada. SongBird was one of ten recipients of CAMP Marketing Awards across 10 categories in the inaugural 2015 awards.

SongBird was recognized for its campaign for PremiumNearBeer.com, which reached out to both influencers and consumers to educate them on premium non-alcoholic offerings in the beer, wine, and spirits categories.

The overall goal was to connect the brand with influencers, especially parenting bloggers. Through an exclusive mixology event where influencers learned technique from an expert mixologist and tasting tricks from a well-known Certified Cicerone and Prud’homme Beer Sommelier as well as take home mixology kits, the goal was to educate through brand interaction. The campaign was capped off with a food truck pairing with the up-and-coming Chimney Stax Baking Co.
